This was once a thriving business and could be again with little effort.  The current store was built in 1999; with additions in 2007.  Sale includes a five door walk-in cooler.  The property has its own drilled well and 1000 gallon septic.  There are two 200 amp electric services and wiring for another cooler.  The building is 2700 square feet, with six rooms (including an office), a bathroom, utility room and attic storage.  The smoke detectors are hard wired.  The property has deeded fishing rights to the Saranac River.
