My parents introduced the family to the Adirondacks by vacationing at the Island Harbour House Resort located in Hague, NY (Warren County) where we vacationed every summer for twenty plus years.  I raised a family in Orange County, New York, where I was a general contractor until it was time to fulfill my boyhood dream of living in the Adirondacks which became a reality in 2003.  Along with my wife, Rosemarie, and Son, Luke, we started a company called "Adirondack Country Log Homes" as an authorized builder/dealer for "Country Log Homes' of Ashley Falls, Massachusetts.  We built and live in one of their models in Ticonderoga, NY (Essex County) which is open for viewing by appointment.

We are in the process of developing two 10-acre parcels for the home sites with spectacular views of Lake Champlain.  The Champlain Valley and Green Mountains of Vermont are just super.  Knowing good land for development is important.  We help permitting, road construction, underground utilities, land clearing, excavation, septic and lead field, footings & foundations to make a solid start to building your dream home.
