Dear Professional,

To accommodate our growing customer base, we are seeking additional creative team members who are responsible and service-orientated.  We welcome seasoned, or re-entry agents, as well as new energetic salespersons, to consider Adirondack Country Homes Realty Inc. as their real estate career choice.   Real Estate has lots of challenges and rewards to offer an individual!   The field of real estate is full of good tall tales, financial rewards and the ability to be your own boss!

Share a cup of coffee with us to discuss (our treat at our local restaurants).  Let's share!

A little background before the cream in your coffee, if we may?

Since 1998, our headquarters has been centrally based in downtown Schroon Lake, NY (exit 26/27/28 off I-87).   In 2003, we opened an office in the Olympic town of Lake Placid, NY expanding our reach to the north for our customers.  At that time, we introduced them to the High Peaks area, as well as west to Indian/Long Lake and north into the St. Lawrence County.  In 2011, because of our success drive, we divided and relocated the work load among two new offices in Bloomingdale and Burke, NY to open the north country completely to our customers.  Our NY Burke office's on Flynn Line Road literally ends at the US board.  "Hello" to our Canadian friends!

In 2004, ACHR opened a branch office in the Town of Willsboro to help customers explore the beautiful and historic Lake Champlain Valley.  We also sponsored the birth of a huge concierge site to promote and preserve the Adirondacks (www.inandaroundtheadirondackpark.com).   This web site became the base information for all ACHR's "Welcome Wagon" assistance.  Later in 2008, the Willsboro office moved to the Elizabethtown (a more mid range point) to cover the entire length of Lake Champlain: i.e. from Ticonderoga to Plattsburgh Region and over to our US border.  We added three specialty web sites for this office www.plattsburgh-realestate.com, www.porthenryrealestate.com and www.lakechamplain-realestate.com).

In 2005, we proudly opened our Gore Mountain Regional office in North Creek adding our reach to the central Adirondacks and the ski areas.  We later relocated this office to Saratoga as the 'ski train' developed through this region.  In 2012, that office relocated once again to the Washington County to offer more county-wide assistance.  We merged with another exciting Synergy Partner, Thunder Mountain Land Sales.

Our team is blessed with unique skills, and we've learned to blend those talents and skills to best fit the agent and the customer base.  ACHR is forever evolving.  We are NOT corporate franchise, so we have NO red tape to maneuver through.  We are a spirited and a creative entrepreneurial team.   There are no miscellaneous fees tacked on to your commission pay, no monthly desk fees, no scripts, or no useless weekly office meetings.  We would rather develop your creative soul because if you enjoy something, you'll do it well and succeed!  Real Estate can be more than a job, it can be a career and sense of your own creativity.

ACHR goes beyond the Park to our surrounding colleagues and friends.  The Adirondack Park consist of 6 million acres plus the surrounding communities.   Unlike Colorado, for example, which is licensed by county, a NY Real Estate License means you are licensed in New York.  New York is a very big state!  We will not confine you to a township, or county, or a subject matter doesn't appeal to you.

As members of six (6) multiple listing systems, we have literally thousands+ of  homes, land parcels, and commercial establishments to offer our (or possibly "your") customers.  In addition, we have a very active web sites (generating TOP activity with many search terms and other prominent keywords).  We provide national and internationally marketing to help you succeed.  Visit our listing features to understand what we do for our/your clients.  When you are interested in a challenging career of real estate, and want to be your own boss as an Independent Real Estate Agent, call to discuss the opportunity we can offer you.  Please e-mail me, or call me directly at 518-532-7900.

Cream or sugar?  We also have a range of  organic teas!  Looking forward to meeting you.

                                                                                                    Sincerely,

                                                     Darleen March

                                                                                 Broker/Owner
